After trying unsuccessfully to find the confirmation email from Freemans, I called today. The man was very helpful and assured me he'd send me a return label, but it's never arrived in my mailbox.
This is utterly ridiculous.
What on earth is wrong with their system? No wonder Amazon does so well by comparison.

- - I emailed and called Freemans and raised a complaint, but no one has called back.
Waited in 4 days now for collection to be returned to Freemans by Evri. They send an email but don't bother turning up!
Emailed and called Freemans numerous times and raised a complaint and a manager to call still nothing. Most useless company I am not waiting in again from 8-9 Freemans need to arrange an alternative and I am not calling again and being on hold and 15 in the queue for nothing.

Not good at all
XDP were supposed to uplift furniture from me yesterday, and I waited in all day; they never came. No contact from them at all.
I called Freemans customer service to complain, and they didn't seem interested. He just asked if I wanted to book a date to get the furniture uplifted! He asked me if the next day was okay. I agreed, then he said it would have to be in another four days!
Hope they get me in! No customer service at all!

I have been dealing with Freemans Customer Care Team since 10/09/25 regarding a delivery issue. This morning, my case was dismissed despite numerous emails back and forth.
I also supplied a mobile number as requested, on which they said they tried to contact me.
I have received no calls. Having had a Freemans account for 40+ years, I am appalled at the complete lack of good customer service I have received.

I have been dealing with Freemans Customer Care Team regarding a delivery issue. This morning closed my case has been closed despite numerous emails back and forth between myself and a Freemans representative.
I have also suppled a mobile number which they claim I have been contacted on. I have received no calls.
Having been a Freemans customer over 40+ years this is unacceptable with a complete lack of resolution and now dismissal!
