My parcel was delivered on Sunday, 1/12/24. The driver left it outside my front door.
Someone has taken it. I've checked all the neighbours; they do not have it.
Locked out of my account
I recently had a problem with a fraudulent action on my account.
Since I spoke to your fraud dept, I have been locked out of my account it will not let me sigh in, it keeps saying it doesnt recognise my details..
I will need to get in to make payments as I do not want to incur interest.

Ive been trying to get through to someone to help, its like pulling teeth
I returned an item, I have the receipt, its almost a month and I havent heard anything I cant get through to anyone

I ordered a cooker and paid cash for it and the money came straight out of my bank didn't receive a comformation email so phoned them up the next day was told the order had gone through OK and was being processed at warehouse and I wouldnt get an email till it was being shipped but was reassured order had gone through later that day got a text saying order cancelled because they had put wrong price on item but have not received a refund

To complain about my commission that hasnt been paid into my account since February. I have been a customer for many, many years & they have never come up with these excuse of using an offer code.
I have always been paid 10% of the payments I have made.

I wore the dress to go away on 5.6.23. I then wore it on 19th to return home and when i stood up from my seat the back of the dress had come away from the elastic part on the back. I think the dress should last longer than wearing twice.
