I accidentally canceled my Freemans direct debit.

Help me please!How can I restore it?

Ive tried to cancel packages I need to get south no one at home so please try and stop delivery as she is critical

Please please try and get it back to freemans

Problem was sorted this afternoon excellent management by members of staff and the gentleman I spoke was very helpful and also so pleasant to talk to

Ive been I think Ive been scammed because Ive got a statement come up on my phone saying but I havent brought nothing from Freemans. Its a scam.

Someones using my identity to get stuff from you and I want it resolved as soon as possible cause its not me. Youve brought your stuff.

My parcel was delivered on Sunday, 1/12/24. The driver left it outside my front door.

Someone has taken it. I've checked all the neighbours; they do not have it.

I recently had a problem with a fraudulent action on my account.

Since I spoke to your fraud dept, I have been locked out of my account it will not let me sigh in, it keeps saying it doesnt recognise my details..

I will need to get in to make payments as I do not want to incur interest.

Can you please help.

Ive been trying to get through to someone to help, its like pulling teeth

I returned an item, I have the receipt, its almost a month and I havent heard anything I cant get through to anyone

I know Im old and not very computer savvy but I have never had so much trouble with any other company

I ordered a cooker and paid cash for it and the money came straight out of my bank didn't receive a comformation email so phoned them up the next day was told the order had gone through OK and was being processed at warehouse and I wouldnt get an email till it was being shipped but was reassured order had gone through later that day got a text saying order cancelled because they had put wrong price on item but have not received a refund

I have account but it will not except my email address to reset my password if you except my email today

To complain about my commission that hasnt been paid into my account since February. I have been a customer for many, many years & they have never come up with these excuse of using an offer code.

I have always been paid 10% of the payments I have made.

Its in my contract

Had advice doesnt make much sense but I think I have sorted it myself Thankyou said I was behind with payments no true almost paid up now so will not be using them again

I wore the dress to go away on 5.6.23. I then wore it on 19th to return home and when i stood up from my seat the back of the dress had come away from the elastic part on the back. I think the dress should last longer than wearing twice.

I have received an email to say my item is back in stock, although my size looks in stock it wont add to basket

He is not aware of this bill as hes not got an account with yourselves and another catalogue called grattan.
